SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) offers several agreements for independent filmmakers, including the Ultra Low Budget Agreement (under $250K), the Modified Low Budget Agreement (under $625K), and the Low Budget Agreement (under $2.5M). Signing a SAG agreement gives you access to professional union actors but comes with wage obligations, residuals, and working condition requirements.
